Eco-Design
Eco-design ensures our products are sustainable beginning in the research and development phase. Eco-design considers the lifecycle of our product—from raw material extraction, manufacturing, transportation, and use, to disposal or recycling.
For example, we use completely organic starch-derived polymers for our hemostatic powders, while others may use human or animal-derived thrombin as a clotting agent.
